Brendon takes on the neighborhood bully after Jason gets covered in mud, and gets slaughtered in a fight. Then the bully invites Brendon over for a birthday party and humiliates him all over again.
Paula has promised to take care of a neighbor's cat, so Brendon tries to help out to prove he is responsible enough to have his own pet. Brendon accidently lets the cat out, and it gets rabies and has to be put to death, so Brendon makes the neighbors a tape to try to mollify them.
